This is one of my all-time favorite records and one of the defining moments of Norwegian hardcore. No introduction should be needed.....this is a legendary classic for a reason, and Flo did an excellent job with this reissue.
Instead I'll ask this fascinating "what if".......in 1990 (I think? I could be remembering wrong) there was an east coast US tour planned for So Much Hate, but they had to cancel a bit last second. I wonder what would have happened if they had made the hop over. I don't think it's a huge leap from their later LPs to "the DC sound". I wonder if they would have made an influence. And I wonder if that tour would have put Norway a bit more in the hardcore spotlight.
